Based in Milton Keynes, North Buckinghamshire, OddSox is a reliable and friendly barn dance and ceilidh band with many years of experience; playing at weddings, family parties, school and college events, plus a wide variety of community celebrations including themed evenings such Scottish Burns nights and Cowboy Hoedowns.
With the help of an experienced caller, OddSox will lead you through a carefully chosen selection of traditional dances drawn from all over Great Britain and beyond. No audience experience is required. OddSox guarantees success.
Nigel was only introduced to Ceilidh when he joined OddSox a few years ago but is now completely addicted to the genre!
Nigel says; "There is always such a great atmosphere at these events, and there is something quite magical seeing people having the time of their lives dancing to the music that I perform along with my fellow musicians and the caller."
